How to get real app JSON
Find your account's UID in Firebase Console → Authentication → Users. From this backend folder run:
npm run context:export -- --uid YOUR_FIREBASE_UID
It reads the prepared context and canonical onboarding using local Firebase credentials in .dev.vars.playground. No model key is needed for export. It creates .wrangler/exports/app-context.json; choose that file with Import JSON. It also accepts the app's /v2/context/current JSON response or its Firestore context document.
For an existing local service-account JSON, add --service-account /path/to/key.json. Keep the key file local; import only the exported context. Nothing is written to the app or its database.
